You may reschedule up to two times. To cancel and qualify for a deposit refund, notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment. We retain the deposit for cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, and if we complete the visit and you decide not to proceed. If you hire JC&E for the project, we credit the deposit toward the project price. Applicable legal rights still apply.
